Mr. Leavin is senior Of Counsel to the Law Office of Anthony N. Elia, P.C. He focuses his practice on family law, personal injury and litigation. Mr. Leavin is a seasoned and effective litigator with 19 years experience. Mr. Leavin’s experience and skill earned him a position as “Tort Trial Specialist” for the City of New York’s Law Department. Over the years, he has litigated innumerable cases in the five boroughs, Westchester and Nassau counties and taken dozens of verdicts. Moreover, Mr. Leavin has also served as a Guardian in New York City, and as Attorney for the Child in the First Judicial Department.
