Paul Leavin - Of Counsel

Mr. Leavin is senior Of Counsel to the Law Office of Anthony N. Elia, P.C. He focuses his practice on family law, personal injury and litigation. Mr. Leavin is a seasoned and effective litigator with 19 years experience. Mr. Leavin’s experience and skill earned him a position as “Tort Trial Specialist” for the City of New York’s Law Department. Over the years, he has litigated innumerable cases in the five boroughs, Westchester and Nassau counties and taken dozens of verdicts.  

Not merely a staunch advocate in the courtroom, Mr. Leavin combines outstanding litigation and negotiation skills with an unusual degree of empathy with his clients.  Mr. Leavin understands that his clients are often dealing with some of the most important decisions of their life, uses his experience to guide them through the legal maze and uncertainties that they experience.
